Instead of “We kinda know who we sell” you’ll run historical growth analysis, market segmentation and deal analysis to define what market segments drive revenue and have growth potential. For the focus segments, you’ll run key account analysis to develop an Ideal Customer Profile, including:

You’ll develop individual reports for every marketing program and connect leading indicators to revenue to vividly demonstrate marketing impact on revenue and avoid questions: “Why do we run this program if it doesn’t generate leads?”.

You’ll create a consolidated revenue report that also measures sales pipeline velocity and install our blended attribution model to clearly see what works and what doesn’t.

Sales and executive buy-in and operational alignment

You’ll develop joint executional playbooks with sales and install revenue operations and sync meetings to go from silos and work together on the same goals.

As a final exercise, you’ll develop a GTM deck to present a new full-funnel GTM strategy to your stakeholders to get their buy-in and support.
